Linslade Canal Festival

Tiddenfoot Waterside Park, Mentmore Road, Linslade, Bedfordshire >>map<<  From 11 am - 5 pm Free entry.  More than 85 exhibitors will be attending the free community festival, and the event promises to be an entertaining and enjoyable day out.  With rural craft demonstrations, children's workshops and activities, Chesterton Horse Loggers, Birds of Bray, canal boat trips, historic working boats, local interest and conservation exhibits, arts and craft stalls and refreshments, there should be something for everyone.  Car parking is available close to the site for a fee of £2.00  per vehicle, or you can access the site from the tow path - from the moorings by Tesco supermarket, follow the towpath going under the road bridge and continue until you reach the festival site which is situated just past Cedars School playing fields.

Saturday 5th July 2008 - St Mary's Village Carnival, Edlesborough, Bucks.  Wave that magic wand and banish winter gloom! Summon your Fairy Godmother and get ready for a touch of magic! Sunday 20th April 2008 - Real Craft Fair, Woburn Village Hall, Crawley Rd, Woburn, Beds, MK17 9QD  >>map<<  From 10 am - 4 pm.  Craft Fair with a high level of craft content and a wide range of quality goods including cards, jewellery, wood items, pictures & frames and stained glass. Good home cooked food is available all day.
